Who this policy covers
This policy explains what Premier Hollister Spray Foam Insulation collects when you visit our website, call us or send us a request, and what we do with it. We're an insulation contractor in Hollister, CA, and we only want the information we need to answer you, look at your attic or crawl space, and do the job.
It applies to this website, starting at our home page, and to the requests that come to us through it. You can read more about who we are on our About page.
What we collect when you contact us
When you fill out our estimate form or call us, you give us details like your name, phone number, email address, the address of the house and a short description of the problem, such as a hot upstairs room or a drafty crawl space. We use those details to reach you and to know what to look at when we come out.
Our contact form runs on a third-party form service, so what you type is stored with that service as well as sent to us. If you call (831) 245-4007, we may keep a note of the call and your number so we can call you back.
During an estimate or a job, we may take photos or notes about your attic, walls or crawl space. Those stay with your job file and are used for the quote and the work.
Cookies and site analytics
Like most websites, ours uses cookies, which are small files your browser saves, and basic analytics tools. They tell us things like which pages get visited, how people find us and what kind of device they're on, so we can keep the site working and easy to use.
This information is about how the site is used, not about you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and sending a request.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your request, set up and carry out estimates, schedule our crew, send quotes and invoices, and follow up on work we've done. We may also use it to keep records the law requires a business to keep.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't hand it to other companies so they can market to you.
Who else may see it
We share information only with the services that help us run the business, such as our form, phone, email, scheduling, accounting and website hosting providers, and only for that purpose. We may also share it if the law requires us to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact and job details for as long as we need them to serve you, stand behind our work and meet tax and business record rules. If you asked for an estimate and never hired us, we keep that request only as long as it's useful for following up, and then we delete it.
Analytics data is kept by the analytics tools for their standard periods and is used in summary form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it by law. Depending on where you live, including California, state law may give you more rights over your information, and we'll honor those requests.
You can also tell us at any time to stop contacting you about anything other than an open job. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make one of the requests above, call us at (831) 245-4007 or reach us through our contact page. We may ask a few questions to confirm it's really you before we share or delete anything, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
